Who am I?

My name is Daniel and I’m a software engineer. I enjoy exploring a wide range of topics ranging from applied mathematics and physics to economics and investing. Right now, my main focus is on computer science and AI. In my spare time, I love hanging out with friends, whether doing sports or just grabbing a drink.

Why am I writing this blog and what can you expect?

My aim is to write about interesting subjects in a way that genuinely adds value. Specifically, I plan to explore each topic from multiple perspectives and include the kind of insights and summaries I wish I’d had when I first started learning.

From a topics point of view I’ll be posting about applied maths, physics, AI, economics and also book or project reviews I’ve read or worked on respectively. From a quality/depths point of view I know that really good blog articles require a lot of research. However, I think that there exist many principles which are quite easy to understand, but nevertheless very profound and helpful to know. The following graphic should illustrate what I mean by that:
